By Public Transport
Metro
Line 2: you take the stop ‘Porte de Namur’ (Naamse Poort).
Tram
Trams 92, 93 and 94 stop at the ‘Rue de la Régence’ (Regentschapstraat) next to the church ‘Notre Dame du Sablon’ (Onze Lieve Vrouw ten Zavel) and nearby the ‘Place Royale’ (Koningsplein).
Bus
Busses 34, 54, 71 and 80 have a stop at the ‘Porte de Namur’ (Naamse Poort)
Busses 27, 95 en 96 stop at the ‘Rue de la Régence’ (Regentschapstraat) close to the above mentioned bus stops.
Train
If you leave the Central Station you can walk to the ‘Egmont Palace’ (Egmontpaleis) via the ‘Mont des Arts’ (Kunstberg), the ‘Place Royale’ (Koningsplein) and the ‘Rue de Namur’ (Naamsestraat).

Important travel information issued by the Police of Brussels
The Summit "EURO-ASIA" Heads of State and Government during the Belgian Presidency will be held in buildings of the Palais Royal and Palais des Academies, the 03-04 and 05 October 2010. A press center will be organized at "SQUARE". As during previous European Summits, the mayor and police force of Brussels will make every effort not to disturb the neighbourhood while ensuring the safety of Heads of State, citizens and property.
A security perimeter will be established.

Can access the security perimeter:
Only vehicules for official delegations, who have been accredited by the services of the FPS Foreign Affais, and the police will have access. Deliveries will not be possible without special permission.
Can easily walk the sidewalks of the security perimeter:
- Local residents carrying their identity card
- Employees and merchants on the basis of a 'police certificate' given to the employer
- Everyone with a pass issued by the police

Only Place du Trone
Parking will be prohibited during 03-04 and 05/10/2010 within the security perimeter and in the streets of local traffic, which are the following:
- Rue Ravenstein
- Place Royale
- Coudenberg
- Rue Montagne de la Cour
- Rue Ducale
- Rue de la Loi
